Incolare® - For gluing the hem of the tarpaulin
We have developed an adhesive that bonds PVC plastic to its substrate better than any known substance or method used to attach hall hems.
Under demanding conditions, we have attached, for example, PVC hall skirting to new oily asphalt, which presents challenging circumstances when gluing skirting. We have obtained excellent adhesion results in tensile tests. As a result, one can forget about complicated fastening methods and heating of bitumen pans, which is a time-consuming work step and, for example, requires a permit for fire protection work on the site. The glue in question is also an excellent option for repairing, for example, detached PVC fabric.
After the multi-component adhesive is applied, the hardening and adhesion process begins immediately. Complete adhesion is achieved within 20-40 minutes depending on conditions. Weather conditions affect the curing of the glue +5/+30. In cooler conditions, the hardening process is faster. There is enough working time to apply one adhesive batch.
About 30-35 meters can be glued with one batch of glue, with a hem width of approx. 20-25cm.
